 Opening Night Awards Presentation

Renowned collectors Mari and Peter Shaw will present the 2019 Art Collector of the Year to Cecily Sherman. Cecily is a major collector of contemporary art.

The 2019 Philadelphia Outstanding Artist will be awarded to the late Dina Wind, accepted by John Wind and Jerry Wind. Dina, a sculptor, made a lifetime commitment to her own artistic practice, and to the Philadelphia arts community.

Teaming up with the City

Rick Friedman, PFAF Executive Director along with top officials from the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy, will announce the SculptCare Silent Auction. The Mayor, James Kenney, is invited to speak. ScultpCare will directly raise funds for the restoration and conservation of the City’s Public Sculpture Collection, the nation’s largest, with 1,100 pieces.
