Why Philadelphia?

Uncover a Huge Untapped Market

Philly is a culturally driven and passionate city with over 6 million residents in its greater metro area (8th largest in nation). As the second most populous city on the East Coast (behind NYC) the time has come for it to host a major national/international fine art fair capturing the creative energy of the city.

With a young, affluent, fast growing and well cultured base of residents gaining social status by collecting fine art, the city finally has a fair that speaks to this vital audience. PFAF serves as a conduit that connects galleries to collectors in the high density region who are seeking new and exciting acquisition opportunities.

Over the years, the city has developed an entrenched and participatory art collecting community. Its many wealthy and influential collectors are active in establishing their own museums and arts foundations, as well as contributing to local museums and galleries. The City of Brotherly love has one of the most thriving art scenes in the US.

Architecturally designed as a distinctive castle-like fortress, this historic facility has played host to many U.S. Presidents, The British Royal Family, The Philadelphia Bar Association, and major universities. Commercial parking for more than 400 cars is available within a block.
